Victor Uchegbulam is a man endowed with the grace of God to bring Pastors and church leaders together as one body in the Lord, to advance the purposes of the Kingdom of God across Africa and beyond, irrespective of their individual callings and denominations.

He is the International Coordinator of Pastors/Ministers Prayer Network-Africa, International Director of Pastors/Ministers Training Institute, an arm of Intercessors for Africa. He is in the leadership of Intercessors for Africa. He is a man of multiple grace and is committed to raising men for the kingdom. He has found expression in the following areas:

Leadership Development:  This is a passion which flows naturally through this servant of God. With the establishment of Pastors/Ministers Training Institute, He finds fulfillment in the vision to raise strong and dynamic leaders in the Church across the nations envisioned with the burden to bring renewed emphasis on the Gospel of the kingdom.

Mentoring:  He has mentored so many men and women from different nations in ministry, business and career development.

Community transformations:   The Apostolic grace bestowed by God upon him has found expression in mobilizing Pastors of different theological beliefs to work together to bring about community transformations across the Nations of Africa. Many of such projects are springing up across the Nations of Africa.

Uchegbulam Victor by the anointing of the Holy Spirit has birthed so many Ministries and callings such as:

1. Africa Missions Partners Fund.
2. Pastors/Ministers Training Institute.
3. Fathers and Sons Conference with the aim of bridging the generational gap that exist between the sons and fathers in faith.
4. Africa Women Forum.
5. Eye to Eye Conferences.  

Apostle Victor, who has been in ministry for over 25 years, has travelled extensively across Africa, Asia, Europe and America, teaching on Strategic Spiritual warfare, discipleship, leadership, wealth creation, missionary intercession and the Gospel of the Kingdom. He is one amongst those that the Lord is raising in our time to lead the continent of Africa to fulfill her role in God’s prophetic purpose
